POST COVID - Why Are People Talking About Moving?

What are the most common questions and discussions we are having with people about their post-pandemic housing plans?

You might be surprised!

Being stuck in your home for such an extended period of time can really cause you to think about your current living environment.

Are you feeling a little cooped up, frustrated, and irritable? While some people are really enjoying fine-tuning their green thumb, taking care of all of the do it yourself and honey-do projects around the house and whipping up some delicious meals ….

Many others are rethinking their current living arrangements.

During our 15-20 minute Zoom updates with clients, we are hearing a couple of common themes:

  1. There is ENTIRELY not enough space for all of us in this house
  2. We really NEED a yard and some outdoor space
  3. We’d prefer to live in a LESS densely populated area

Of course, our favorite conversations are clients that recently moved into their new home and are absolutely loving spending so much time in it.

That always makes us feel good!

If you want to schedule a 15-minute Zoom call to discuss the 3 biggest questions I get regarding the effect of the pandemic on the housing market, reach out to me and let’s schedule a time for you.
